MARKETING PRE PAID EVENTS

Any cancellation to pre paid marketing events at any Delia Group must be notified within 72 hours of the event’s date otherwise charges will occur.

When purchasing from Delia Group your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. GIFT VOUCHERS

Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Not redeemable for cash. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Delia Group Restaurants is final. Delia Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. This card is only valid for use at Delia Group Restaurants, with the exception of Biggie Smalls and Layla Brisbane. Please note, Layla Brisbane vouchers cannot be used at any other Delia Group venue.

MOTHER’S DAY GIFT VOUCHER BONUS OFFER (2025)

  • Offer is available between 12.01am AEST Friday 11 April,  and 11.59pm AEST Sunday 11 May.

  • Bonus vouchers are only valid for 12 months.The three year requirement does not apply to gift cards that are given as a bonus in connection with a purchase of a good or service for use in the same business (customer loyalty programs)

  • Vouchers and added value are redeemable in venue only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Added value voucher will be emailed separately.

  • Offer is valid for digital vouchers purchased online only.

  • Offer is valid for vouchers purchased to the value of $100.00 AUD or more in one transaction.

  • Vouchers and added value are redeemable in venue only.

EOFY EVENT No Minimum spend OFFER 2025

  • This offer is redeemable for all new EOFY event bookings made from 21st May 2025 to 30th June 2025, for all events held from June 1 to June 30 2025.

  • Minimum guest numbers apply, dependant on selected venue and event space. Does not apply to exclusive restaurant hire.

  • Minimum menu package prices apply for all event bookings.

  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or previously confirmed booking.

  • Offer valid for event bookings only. Regular restaurant reservations are not eligible to redeem this promotion.
