Staff journeys.

Overseeing the whole group, every day is different for group head chef Daniel Giraldo. Initially starting at Delia Group as a sous chef in 2014, Dan soon after took an opportunity that would lead to where he is now - this is his journey.

Staff training experiences.

We’re serious about training here at Delia Group. Each month we hold staff training experiences where we step outside the restaurants and learn about what makes Delia Group go round. Last month we visited our good friends at Patient Wolf Distilling Co. to learn more about gin!
