Shane Delia has partnered with stadium operator Venues Live as its culinary ambassador. This role sees Delia group creating bespoke menus for multiple genres of diners in a stadium environment that holds over 60,000 patrons.
Menus range from super box offerings, stadium events offerings both grazing and seated, chairman’s events for political and VIP guests, immersive cooperate dining and high volume QSR offerings.
