Overseeing the whole group, every day is different for group head chef Daniel Giraldo. Initially starting at Delia Group as a sous chef in 2014, Dan soon after took an opportunity that would lead to where he is now. This is his journey.

From bar back to bartender, then bar manager to taking on the opportunity to run Delia Groups latest venue in Collingwood, Maha Bar. George has been a big part of the Delia Group family since 2014, especially in the drinks department. This is his journey.


Darcy C

Darcy's journey at Delia Group began 12 years ago as a casual sommelier. He then took what he learnt after 5 years of service and left to explore the industry. Darcy has now made a return in 2021 to change the game for all Delia Group venues and the team have never been more excited. Welcome back Darcy.
